Converting to a Wildlife Management Tax Valuation |
| |

If your property is presently under an agricultural exemption, we can help you convert it to a Wildlife Exemption. This will give you tremendous flexibility in terms of what you can do with your property. For example, you may refrain from using livestock entirely, or utilize grazing management strategies to qualify as habitat control while maintaining your exemption.
To qualify, you must submit a wildlife management plan to the county's chief tax appraiser. However, there are specific guidelines that must be followed in order for the plan to qualify. This is where we can help. The custom wildlife management plan we construct for your property can be used to qualify you for this exemption. Our biologists will construct a plan that will fit within your budget and be tailored to the unique characteristics of your land. |
